Joseph Hardin CEO/Managing Partner

My passion is helping people. It’s been the driving force all my life: both personally and professionally. Through the years I’ve found being part of something bigger than I am is an awesome way to live. After serving in the US Air Force for ten years and suffering many hardships, my entrepreneurial spirit took over. I became a valued business member in Clark County Washington, volunteering in the community to help build strong kids by supporting our schools and education for all of our kids. I coached in Cascade Little League, East County Baby Ruth, YMCA Youth Basketball, and Boy Scouts of America.

In 1997 I founded and operated a successful Mortgage Company until 2010. I have been working in the commercial sector as an advisor and consultant to small and medium-sized businesses. I founded NW Business finance in September 2021 to serve the business community to get access to the capital they need and deserve to make their businesses grow strong. It's my honor and privilege to continue to serve The business community

Terry Ranck Managing Partner

Owned and operated Moog Automotive Chassis Parts Manufacturing: Self-employed buying and selling new and used auto shop equipment I started in the financial sector with A.L. Williams Financial. As an Entrepreneur Self-employed Financial and Mortgage Loans and now in Commercial Financing.

Terry’s wife Carol works with him at NW Business Finance and together they are a dynamic duo. They have lived in Clark County WA. for 32 years. Carol’s two daughters have adopted Terry as Dad. His motivation comes from there four Grand kids and four Great-Grand kids and serving our clients.

I love Hot Rod cars, Race Cars, long distance bicycle riding, and making worthless (Fire wood) projects in my wood shop.
